Porsche 997 owner weighing up his options.....R8 maybe???

Views and opinions greatly appreciated.
I'm also after the a copy of the brochure from 2007 to look at specs etc.
If anybody can help I would be most grateful.

Was a long time ago ,10 years this coming Christmas that I bought it,only reason I sold was my partner at time hated people looking at her when driving lol We split up 7 1/2 years ago. Value of mine would have doubled by now too!

What kind of Pork?

I swapped from a 996 4s to a 997 turbo but looked at a V8 R8 & there really was no contest for the money.

I'm an Audi man through & through, but I felt the R8 was a bit "all mouth & no trousers" if you get my drift.

I'm sure the V10 should live up to expectations, but price wise they were still out of reach for me.

I cant say I've noticed that. Since looking a couple of years ago, as far as I've noticed they have slowly depreciated at around the same rate.
I notice that the V10 R8's seem to be holding their value a bit more though.
