Plate holder

I've just bought a new personal number plate for my S3...
I'm going to wait fitting it for now until I get my rear bumper fixed...
Whats the crack with these number plate holders then guys? I've always just stuck/glued/siliconed them on in the past but I see you lot sporting number plate holders...
Where and what is the best to buy?

I got mine off ebay, rear is stuck on, front is screwed into the bumper

I bought two off ebay, with 'AUDI ZENTRUM INGOLSTADT' printed.

Look smart, but I couldn't screw the rear in so left it off. Make it nice an easy to put the plate on without too much fiddling.

My ones also from eBay used the rear OE screws that lined up perfectly with holes in both the tailgate and plate holder
