Planning to buy this Audi S3 - Link Inside

Hi guys,
So I might be buying this audi s3 within the next few days, can anyone shed some light on this?

So the car is running stage 2+ with supporting mods such as miltek exhaust system, uprated fuel pump, and upgraded clutch after speaking to the owner. He said the normal clutch wouldnt cope so he upgraded it.

It has full service history and recently passed MOT (literally 2-3 weeks ago)
he also said that the mods have been on the car for around about 1 year and all mods were done at Midlands VW (Revo Dealer) with reciepts.

Do you think this car is worth buying?
Even if i buy a standard S3 the target will be to get stage 3 anyways.

Does anyone know if the owner of this car is on this forum?

I recently brought the exact same car 07, 60k, stage 2+ plus relevant mods. Has had the clutch done whilst mine still needs - few things I've learnt recently is:

Check to see if ignition coils/ plugs have been changed if not you'll end up replacing them very soon
HPFP sensor will need replacing if the owner hasn't done already
Buy a vagcom - it'll save you a tonne in the long run
