Pipercross Panel Filter

Sorry you have probably gone through this before. I have just brought a Pipercross panel filter and was wondering what people think of them? are they better than the K&N? Do they make much difference to noise (induction roar)

I've just fitted one to my S3 and it seems to make the DV more audible. No power increase noticed, but better throttle response.

8 out of 10 i think.
