Wondering if you guys could help me out...

I'm planning on replacing the front suspension arms on my car (along with fitting coilovers)

I believe the pinch bolt securing the upper control arms on the A4 can be a pain to remove.

I was wondering if you would be able to remove the old arm pinch bolts, grease them up and refit for me so I know they will come out when I fit the new parts.

Would this be something you could do for me?

    Many thanks.

    Hey Alex,

Sorry for the slow reply. We've had an all new sales system at Awesome and as we're all a little rusty and slow with it at the moment, it's not left us a great deal of time to get onto the forums.

I'm pretty certain with these it's not as easy as it seems. I recall something along the lines of the pinch bolt having to be cut off to get it off, meaning that if we removed it and re-fitted a new one, You would be left stuck again. I will speak with one of the technicians on this tomorrow and see what the answer is!

    Hope this helps,
    Regards, Al.
