OK I know it's probably simple.... But I want to post a picture. How do I do it??? Thanks

First have to get somewhere to host the pic (I use Image shack - http://imageshack.us/

Then when you create a new post, click on "Image", which is located just outside (bottom right) of the text box. A prompt will appear asking for the URL - simply copy and paste the URL of the picture from the hosting site.

However if you are replying to a message, you only get the option to click on "Image" afteryou have previewed your reply or..... not tried this yet but I'm sure if you manualy type in:
< remove the spaces after the word "image" below - they have been added to allow it to be dispayed >

[image ] at the beginning of the URL and [/image ] at the end, it will also work
