Drivers side strut brace mounting on S3 or people who have fitted them onto the S3

I have a hard coolant pipe running back to the top of the header tank that looks like its going to foul the brace. Anyone else had a similar problem? Think im probably going to have to chop the pipe then use a length of black hose to fit it.

On my A3 we bent the pipe slighty down at the metal part on the bulkhead so it didnt foul. it only need a slight bend so theres no chance of it kinking and no need to change any parts,
Althought my strut brace is off a TT but look the same other than passenger side mounting point.

Chris, doesnt yours have a small bracket on the drivers side of the brace? Whats it used for.

Appears to be a little pipe support for a vacuum line. Doesn't really have much to do with the strut brace.
