Pedal slowly sinking to floor after replacing all pads

Hi all as above, just replaced all pads front and rear but the pedal now slowly sinks to the floor when pressed while engine is running.

When the engine is off it does not do this and I cannot see any fluid leaks on the floor or calliper anywhere. It's quite confusing :/.

I took it out for a spin and while it does stop it doesn't feel safe.

It sounds like its air locked mate. Bleed all four corner and you will be fine. Same think happened me on a3 and that's what it was.
