Pd170 rocket cover bolts

Hello can anyone confirm if these are the rocker cover bolts

These are the ones I’ve got atm but with a torx head. The sleeve flare at the bottom is to big to fit into the holes in the rocker cover though.

The ones in the car atm are just a straight sleeve with no robber bit or welded on washers at the top or bottom of the sleeve, but I cannot find that type anywhere?

Is it a bnm (pd170)? Do they slide into the holes in the rocker cover as the ones I have were way to big to fit in

My ones are taken out off a 59 S3 and all i did was push them in a bit, then with a Torx bit T20 or T25 i screwed them down and all was well . But what a bu**er to come out .
