Hi all. I seem to have increased inner wear to the rear passenger side tyre (non quattro). The rest of the tyre and the other side have good tread, 3-4mm. There may be a very slight inner wear on the drivers side rear tyre but it's very very minimal compared to the passenger side!

Could this just be an alignment issue? Just seemed a little odd to me. The rear was aligned in February along with the front. I have covered 13,000 miles since and I did have two front bearings replaced a two months back if this would also effect it? That ruined my front tyres!

Thanks in advance.

Camber must be out.........possible pot hole etc knocked it out, but the wheel bearing may have affected the alignment

The Rear of the A4 can have its camber adjusted, but the front cannot weirdly.

Rear control arms can contribute to this issue when old and worn out

Just had two front tyres fitted and a front wheel alignment. The printout does show the rear passenger side toe to be a little out. I'll upload the printout tomorrow. Can an 'off' toe angle cause inner tyre wear?
