Over revving on gear change?

Hello,

Audi A3 170 TDI, 2006. Remapped to 200bhp.

I've noticed since the remap (bluefin), that when changing gear, the revs actually increase slightly, despite the clutch being depressed and my foot not being on the throttle. The problem may have been there before the remap but I didn't drive it hard often and haven't owned the car long enough to say.

I've read it's probably the clutch switch and it isn't a hard job to replace.

1) I've read that if it is the clutch switch then the cruise control won't work but it does work.

2) Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to change it?
