Opinions on this HID Kit please guys

As the title says please - I'm looking to get a HID kit and have just spotted this one going seriously cheap on Amazon as a bit of an 'end of range' deal (I think!?)

I know these are a decent brand, but I've never had anything to do with this kit and just wondered if anyone else had?

Just take the 'error canceller' bit with a large pinch of salt. From experience you will most likely end up getting bulb blown warnings on your DIS and will require transistors. In the end i gave up on my 55w HID kit (cost £170!!) and ended up stripping it out and getting OEM bi-xenons installed. ****** expensive tho

Ditch the HID and buy some high quality halogen bulbs such as OSRAM Nightbreakers or Philips X-Treme Vision.

You'll do nothing but blind people with your non-levelling HID.

If you want HID, go OEM xenon and get the self levellers and headlight washed jets installed.

Just my opinion, of course

They are dumping because they are illegal to sell. The EU law changed this year and companies can be prosecuted for just advertising them.

So out of the OSRAM Nightbreakers and the Philips X-Treme Vision bulbs, which would you recommend more, both for vision and looks?

The best bulbs I have tried are the ring xenon ultima - slightly yellow, but give better vision than the others.

I found the Phillips to not be worth the extra cost.
