Finally fixed the vacuum issue with my wax but since then I've experiencing oil weeping from the rocker gasket and the oil filter seal. There where no leaks before I fixed the vacuum issue and i'd replaced the rocker gasket as it had been leaking, sealed and torque and been fine for three months, the torque settings are still fine and I've noticed a small amount of oil weeping from the oil filter seal which wasn't there before, its due an oil change but was wondering if there might be an underlying problem if oil is being forced out of the engine. Could the engine be over pressured?
