Oil Warning Light!

Had the 'Oil Min' light pop up on the dash 5 minutes into my journey this morning, checked my dip stick and its above minimum! Then on the way home it waited 10 minutes then popped back up! Is it possibly misreading the level?

Iv had this twice in the last two weeks, first time it flashed up after I had driven down a 2 mile sloping gradient, the second time I had just driven up a steep hill, I put it down to oil rolling away from the sensor
