Hi everyone, please be gentle as I don't post much on forums but I need advice if anyone can help.
I bought an A6 2.0TDI auto 2009 today (private sale) and I pressed the check button and it went through the the sequence of checking, at the end it repeats the oil level and oil sensor with a wee line under it,they are yellow, I checked the oil level via the dipstick and it was halfway so I topped it up with the correct oil and its still doing it, I have no flashing lights in the wee square display, what could this be? and car drives fine.
also when I put the ignition on I don't get any lights lighting up to check the bulbs are working, just the airbag one that goes out straight away.are the bulbs meant to come on and go off ie EML and battery? is there a fuse for these? bit freaked out by this as ive had loads of audis before from a4s to a5s and Im sure they came on and went off again
thanks in advance for any info

What does it say in your owners hand book ?

Nothing but the usual "get an Audi technician"
Anyone else had this?
What about the light on dash when ignition turned on?

didn't think there was an oil level sensor......maybe something has been enabled that isn't fitted
