Oil capacities?

Can anyone tell me or tell me where to find the capacities for the Gearbox oil, Rear diff and Haldex? I can find the engine, cooling system etc in the manual but none of the above, I assume I am not meant to tamper with them, well it's already too late I am afraid, oops.

A bit of a necro post, you can't go wrong if you buy 1l of haldex oil. They sell it in 1l and 750ml, haldex capacity is ~800-850ml.
Best to buy the service kit and change the haldex filter too
