OEM Digital TV Tuner

Ok so ive been looking on the audi website and i noticed that there is an option on the TT for a OEM TV tuner with the RNS-e. Would it be possible to get the the oem tuner from the TT and install it to my A3?

They are the same part number for A3/TT so I don't see why not.
