Odd headlight flashing ?

Hi,

got in the car last night and noticed when the ignition is switched on for the first time the inner lights started flashing alternately for a few seconds, they're not full strength if that makes sense but a bit dimmer and stop doing it after a few seconds any suggestions ?

Are they LED by any chance?

I think they are, I got them from T8ups on here so he'll now for sure ;-) as long as it's not a fault I'm not too worried.

Just the self-check for side-lights, mine does it.
