Looks like a good trip mate...
I go on Thursday! Can't wait to get back out there! :D

Im going back next year. One of the best bits was getting pished on the ferry there. Newcastle to Amsertdam.

I would recommend Center Parcs. About 15 miles from the ring. Well its about 4 but the road length is 15 miles. Get your own villa, supermarket and a swimming pool.

Cant wait!

awesome pics matey, im dying to get over there but funds just wont allow it at the moment lol

Completely agree mitch - why would you do that???

Hawkey - great pics and I'm deffo up for getting to the ring next year - keep me posted on your plans!

thanks for the comments fellas it was an awsome trip

and our next trip will be the second week in may but gonna head for a mid week trip this to avoid all the weekend traffic on the ring itself will keep you informed :salute::thumbsup:

Nice pics, I went to the Ring in August, tried to get on both Monday evening and Wednesday evening but on both occasions the track was closed moments before we started due to accidents, totally gutted!

Did you see anyone stack their pride and joy ?

What do you do for insurance for a track day out of curiosity ?

well seen a porsche 911 on about a j plate i think it was parked against a nice concrete wall which didnt move untill the track was closed at 7.30

as for insurance i did look into it but you are looking at £80 a day and tbh i will be taking it out next time i go over

Great pics mate.

Did the Ring last week, we also did Monday as the track was open at 13:30 so it was a lot clearer ....... Sunday's are mad :)

Roll on next spring :icon_thumright:

Agreed. Got back yesterday. Sunday was closed no end of times cos of a few fatal accidents... Had one guy crash right infront of me... Had to swerve round him. That was pretty scary. Was an amazing weekend though!

Awesome photos dude - im really keen to make the trip!! I'll be heading across on the sea cat from Belfast to Liverpool and then to London!! Having trouble how to estimate the financing though?? How much did you spend on average onm the trip mate if you dont mind me asking???

I spent £370, inc ferry, a night in kent, 3 nights at the ring, food, diesel, 4 laps and shedloads of beer. Had a passenger though so we split it between two...

in total inc fuel i think i went through about £500 that was everything and we did hit the beer hard the first night as the track was closed till the following day
