Been looking at all the meets.

Has Audi Sport ever had a convoy trip to the Nurburgring?

Been thinking about it some time now and just wondered /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I'll be going in spring. We can't organise anything yet as the opening dates don't come out until Feb.

I proberly wouldnt be able to do it untill late September but, I will get some infomation together.

Any infomation from people that have done it before would be cool.

One thing was insurance.

Im only 19 and havent yet looked to see if I can drive in Germany.

Will it be alright as long as I added European cover to my policy?

Unfortunately only you can answer that one. It all depends on your policy. You need to look carefully at the exclusions.

The Nurburgring is a public toll road so you'd assume you'd be covered but many insurance companies now exclude it. A common exclusion is "delimited toll roads" which is specifically to exclude the 'ring.
