Number plate quick release fitting

Im just about to swap for rs6 style grill on my a6 c6. Question to everyone who like taking pics of your cars without plates... how do you take them off ? Have you got any clever way to mount them so they come off easy ?

The guy who had my number plate holder before me used really strong magnets (4 behind the plate holder and 4 behind the number plate).
