Number plate bulbs/LED for 2011 A3/S3 ?

Just wondered if anyone had found a set of working LED's or bulbs that work with 2011 A3/S3's? I know @t8ups was looking for a solution for a long time and last thread I looked at seemed he had been defeated by it.

Wondered if anyone had found a working set without causing error's?

I use the latest led version ones from audi mate. Paid 23 pound for the pair.
They work perfect and error free

And also 8e0943022b
These are handed so need too quote both numbers
They are genuine audi led rear number plate bulbs off the later model.. Works perfect on mine.

It's a complete unit, led etc is all built in. Replaces the old style unit with has the festoon bulbs

yea having a look at them now, seen a couple people saying they won't work on 10-12 plate cars tho so will need to look into it

Mines a 10 plate and works fine with no issues, These bulbs come on cars from 10 onwards.

Hi mate there are indeed a few solutions out there, one way was to use a loom that has resistors and the other was a set of super bright 24 smd led lights.

I'll dig out the info in a sec and update
