I hope someone can help me. I have a 2010 Audi A3 sportback with tech pack, Sat Nav was working great although it did make a constant clicking noise until one day I received an error message DVD unreadable or Disc improperly inserted.
After reading about this on the forums I decided to give the lens a clean. When I pulled the unit out of the dashboard and opened the lid I could see this small disc (attached pic) just loose in the unit. I think this must be the reason for the noise and maybe it was blocking the lens from reading the disc?
My Sat Nav now works without this piece but it is very loud as though the disc isn't fixed into place correctly.
My question is, where does this go? and how can I fit this back in?
