Noise when turning right

Sorry every body about above post(pressed wrong button).
I'll start again, when i'm turning to the right i get a squealing noise from the front of the car.
it only happens when i turn the wheel a 1/4 to 1/2 a turn when i'm moveing.
it dose'nt happen when i'm stationry or turning to the left
what could it be and is it an easy(cheap) fix, your help would be greatly appreciated.
