noise on front wheel any advise

    noise on front wheel drivers side could it be a wheel bearing off

    could be - what sort of noise is it, when does it make the noise and which side does it sound like its coming from when both windows are open - I know you said drivers side but is this both drivers and passengers opinion? without these details it could be brake pads worn, a ball joint or something more serious.

    if it is a droning type of sound then it probably is a wheel bearing. depending on where you work will be the limiting factor of changing it. i changed wheel bearings on my audi 90 a few years back,i work in a large factory and was able to use a hydraulic press to change mine,without it i was stuffed.
