No reception, aerial problems, help please.

Ok the radio reception on my A4 B6 saloon has gone, I have read on here that it can be the aerial base.

I have had the head unit out and have checked for the voltage at aerial plug and got 12v and perfect reception.

I have read on here that the aeriel is in the rear screen and some have said there is a winding in the boot lid?

So wheres the aerial base and or the winding located please?
