No compression

Hello fellow VW owners.
I have a 2008 VW Jetta 2.0Turbo engine.
3 cylinders have 0 compression and only 1 cylinder has full compression.
What could cause no compression in 3 cylinders?

There is no commonality between them. I'm thinking it most likely a slipped cam belt or something causung bent valves

Were there any rattles etc before car started running rough?

My wife drove home from work and the next morning it refused to start.
