Next thing to do to my Standard A4?

The interior and exterior of my car seems to be all fine so dont really want to change that. What would anyone recommended engine wise to maybe get a bit more power? Induction kit/Re map?

To be fair what is there to actually do to an A4 engine to increase performance other than the two ive mentioned?.

What engine? TDI? 2.0? 3.0? 1.8T petrol?

Induction kit will offer very minimal performance gains if it's a diesel, petrol may yield some slightly better gains if combined with other mods.

If it's a tdi remap will improve performance no end.

You can add bigger turbos, FMIC, performance exhaust, upgrade nearly all of the iternal engine components, same as with most cars.

Change the suspension and RS4 ARB to greatly improve handling
