newbie question - 2.0 TFSI

I'm new here!

My last car has gone (written off) and I'm seriously considering a 2.0TFSI S-Line Quattro Avant.

Has anyone got any opinions on the engine or car.

What 'potential power'? Are we talking superchips etc? I had an E46 M3 before and whilst I dont expect anywhere near that kind of performance I would like something that is 'brisk'.

makes them brisk enough, that's just stage1

all depends on how much you're willing to spend as to how much power you can get out of them but software certainly gives you the biggest "bang for your buck"

Spoiler alert - Do not buy any A4/A5/Q5 2009-2011 TFSI FWD or Quattro UNLESS it has had its pistons, rings and rods changed by Audi otherwise you will be in for a £6k world of pain.

I suggest you refer to all TFSI oil consumption threads in US/UK/Australia etc etc and get yourself up to speed before taking the leap.

I loved the 2.0TFSI unit and its potential until recently!!
