I dont think I'd want a 9.5" wide rear rim running an offset of ET25 on the back of my car. I dont think I'd be able to fit those on my A3 without running a fair bit of stretch on the tyres.

    Is your car lowered?.

Borbet A's are one of my all time favorite wheels.

I had my car back on its standard 16" wheels not long ago and it looked properly low, however you dont want too much tyre on the A's so I'd go really low profile which will mean a bigger drop.

be good to see what they look like on an A3, super smooth euro look would be cool but it would have to be very low to pull it off.

I'm wondering what to do about my S3 am looking at a set of Borbet A's Thursday but are only 16's so I think coillies are gonna be a must even though it's lowered already!!!

Personally my 17's are too small . . . so 16's might look really out of place Nadine. Same to you A3-SE.

Remember that you can always use spacers A3-SE to increase the offset, allowing you to fit all manner of wheels.

That's exactly what I'm thinking, I think my 17's look ok with just lowering springs, so kinda hoping with coilovers the 16's won't look too bad?! and I just love Borbet A's so may be buying for the hell of it :p

Presume you can't get BAs in bigger than 16s (never seen them myself but worth a look).

    True.

What dampers are you running? If you look to go down the coilies route, I am on the look out for dampers and springs . . .
