Hi I'm new to this forum and audi's really, I've had my car for a year but I'm finding that it's under powered the more I start to drive it, what sort of things can be done to these cars to improve there performance? I know that engine I have is 1.8 turbo AGU if that helps?

All and any advice would be helpful. Thanks Simon

Best to get it health checked by a good specialist t make sure it is running 100%, there are a few very good companies who sponsor the forum that can help you out.

Im sure a few simple things like a good panel filter, badger TIP, remap will see you get good gains. It all depends on your budget and how much more power you want.

Thanks, I'm not looking to get massive power gains, around 200 bhp if that is easily achieved, I keep reading conflicting stories about putting cone filters on? I have no pics to put up yet I will take some once off axle stands,

Thanks custom boy, I just don't understand why they are so under powered. Are turbos easy to fit on these cars I would like to get a more powerful one, is there much difference between the standard k03 to the k03s? I'll get it remapped once I found somewhere as not many places around here do it or not that I no off.

After looking at my car today and finishing doing the top mounts, I think I'm going to upgrade to coilovers when I've saved a few pennys and poly brushes too, and try to do the body work up at, going through some of the pics of the cars on here mine could do with some tlc, abit of this is from me but the owner before me didn't look after it. Thank you to everyone who is helping me with advice etc.

    Simon.
