Finally managed to dig the car out the garage and decided to fit the RS wheels seeing as we had some nice weather.

Quite pleased with how they turned out, wasnt sure if they would have a big impact on the car.

I was torn between the rs6 reps or the rs4 reps. I went for the rs6's but now im still not sure what i prefer.

Looking good. Are the mirrors silver or are they those matt alloy look ones off Flea-Bay? I keep toying with the idea of buying a set

Wheels are 8x18 et35 so they fill the arches perfect, right out to the wings.

TBH the RS4/6 wheels have been done to death, but these fit in more with the kit ive collected for the car, and hopefully can pick up some aftermarket wheels later in the year that ive seen and keep these for tracks/winters.

Oranco, the mirrors are the originals that i painted with Halfrauds aluminium spray paint, they came up pretty good, had a few comments on them. Wot ones is it on ebay u mean??? Like to have a nosey at stuff like that!

Gareth i bought mines new from a Dietrich dealer last year down south, cost £275 i think, steep but dont like the Reiger copies etc.

Wot one is it your looking at, seen one bout a year ago on the bay that was a great replica, think it was even better than mine and went for £80 in the end, tried to contact the seller on numerous occasions to try find out the origins of it and he never replied! £175 sounds a good price if its a straight fit mate.

Yet another reminder that I need facelift headlamps...

Looks good, mate. I'd be tempted not to worry with the bodykit, either. Polish the balls off her and have a street-sleeper instead!

Thanks mate. Yes the facelift lights are definately one of thee best mods on these, love how it makes it look so different at the front.

Already have all the kit prepped and ready for paint, dont worry its no Fast n Furious number, keeping it looking like an Audi!:redrs4:

Haha! It's going to look awesome, I knew you wouldn't go all Vin Diesel on our asses, granny-shifting not double clutching like you should...

(I both hate and love that movie)
