New pioneer install

hi I've replaced my Audi Symphony with full Bose for a pioneer DVD player its its all working but when I do anything on screen like turn it up down or menus it mates a little thump noise ????? Any ideas please

Did you swap any connections while the head unit was powered up?

Pioneers are well known for blowing the tiny fuses that sit on their line-out circuits. This causes a thump through the speakers when you change some settings. I had it happen on my old 77MP and had to send it out for repair.

Thanks for the reply Nufab I had to sent it back as 2 of the pre out speakers stopped working as well lol so I'm on the look out for another system
