I have now fitted a new N75 valve I baught, after some advise from you helpful people, the wavering boost problem I was having is now a thing of the past and the car now pulls strong in all gears right to the red line, where as before it could be a bit nervy overtaking, as the boost would build and then drop off then build and drop off again, but now all is well.
This is one of the reasons for joining a car club, this sort of information would not be found anywhere else, forcing you to go to the stealers, so long live the car club.

Glad to hear it's all sorted and you're enjoying your car once again...

I've been an active member of many car forums over the past 10 years. In most parts, they've been hugely beneficial, helpful and entertaining, along with making some great friends from them.

I payed less than forty quid for it, from germanautopartsdirect.co.uk, they are also selling them on ebay for the same price.

Its the E which is the latest version of the old F, so the standard boost control.

Makes you wonder whats the point of keep changing the part number for what is actually the same part.

I presume its a slight change, so its a different revision.

Although i did my alphabets in school so i'm surprised they messed up and made E a revision after F!
