    So far:

    Milltek cat-back
    LM replica wheels
35% tints (look darker in pics)
    Painted door trims

    Possibly H&R springs next...

And just for old times sake, a pic of my old Golf 1.8T:

Very nice looking car you have there Faisal. Most Asians I normally see in London really do have some poor taste in wheels and other mods, glad to see you've kept it simple. A car like the S4 is meant to be subtle.

What part of London are you from?

    Nice looking motor mate...

What grade tint have you gone for? I'm ordering myself a set of 19" RS4 Reps tomorrow and was thinking about getting my windows tinted next week whilst I'm off work. I'm not sure how dark to go, but yours do look good.

D'oh, I guess I should start reading things properly. Thanks j7uss

35% does sound quite dark, especially for mine as it's black, but they do look nice on a silver car. I think the lighter colour cars can get away with darker tints, but I have no idea what's best on a dark car, as I haven't seen any dark cars with tints.

:arco: Very nice S4. And with the window tinting it looks superb.:arco:

Isn't that illegal to darken your windows?
In the Netherlands it is illegal and you will get a fine for it (90 euro's).

Thanks J7uss, I think I'll give 25% a go, as like you said, best not get on the wrong side of the law ;-)

I'll post a couple of pics after the alloys and tints are done. Wont be as nice as this S4, as it's only a 1.9 TDI, but should make a difference.

    Thanks again.

To be honest, I think the standard rims look better and IMO, it now looks like any other A4 that wants to be an S4 but if that's the look you like...

That said, underneath that horrid exterior (my opinion) there's a nice V8! Enjoy!

I agree with the comment on the standard rims. Avus to me always say "S".

Nice motor, S4 Avant for me one day.

Thanks for the replies...bit of a mixed bag there!

The standard wheels do look good I agree, but i've always had a thing for LMs

The tints do look darker in the pics...I assure you I don't deal drugs!!! I do wonder if I should've gone for 50% instead. Wallacr, 25% will be too dark IMO (remember the % refers to amount of light transmitted, so 25% is darker than 35%)

MattS3, yep...vwdiesels, I assume you recognise the before pic!

    golf...I'm in Croydon

Thanks FaisalJ, I didn't know it worked that way. Think I'll look at something around the 50% mark in that case.

Just ordered my 19" RS4 replicas and am looking for a place near Chepstow/Cardiff to get the tints done next week.

    Cheers,

..it depends if you refer to the % as Light Transmission or Tint.
If yours are 35% then they are darker than my fronts but yours look more 50% to me!!
I have 50% rears and 25% fronts...so what you saying is is my front windows are darker than my rears?

I bought my S4 from him in Sept. Just happened to look on his site about 3 or 4 weeks ago and saw the silver one he had for sale, in almost the same location as the pics for mine were taken.
I then saw your pic from before and it looked all too familiar !
