hi i have a 2000 s3 i removed standard headunit...non bose.. and now fitted a kenwood. its all fitted and working except the rear sub!.. anyone know which wire is the one which controls the sub? or how i can get it working again!? thankssss. 
new headunit..but now standard rear sub isnt working!? advice?...

You need a rear amp adapter, which takes the rear RCA's from the Kenwood and feeds them to the rear/sub amp.Your rear speakers won't be working either. PC9-404 and then connect the blue flying to the power antenna (or remote on) feed on the HU. You'll find you have to fade to rear quite a bit to balance the sound as the fronts are now getting twice the power from the HU.
