new headlight help please

Hi I have just bought a brand new headlight for my 2001 a3 first thing I noticed before installing it the inner lenses flap up and down.

I connected everthing and installed the light everything works but I still have the lenses flapping about. I have tried a few turns on one adjuster and cant get to the other yet as I now need an extension for one side.

Will having a good play with these adjusters stiffen the inner lenses.

When I replaced mine I found the electric level adjusting motor didn't connect fully which had the same results as yours. It was an **** to connect but once on it was alright.
