I guess they're not to everyone's taste - but I thought I'd give them a try......
the guys in the vw club are very keen on the d lates but so are the local traffic branch over here , a few points have been given out recently .
I love german plates especially with the stadt (sp?) stickers. I think they really suit your car. Were they expensive?
They look really good, they don't suit all cars, but they certainly suit yours
I love pressed plates, esp in the geman font and the correct stickers for the tax and mot etc, prob is the fuzz love them too and are getting very very hot on them so im now running pressed UK plates
Cheers for the positive comments guys.
They would have been £29.99 all in from Craigsplates in Ireland - had I not added the stadt stickers and had the front plate made shorter (couldn't do the rear the same unless I had white.......)
So I paid £40 all in.
They look sweet!
I drove past a Rozzer :busted_cop: in a Scuby this afternoon, he had pulled up at a junction in our village, and I drove past at about 20 mph.......I said 'bugger' in my mind - but he didn't bat an eyelid
PS - love the new wheels Stevehall
