Well, after many weeks of waiting I went to collect my new A3 3.2 yesterday and guess what, it had been built incorrectly.......no xenons and no light and rain sensor pack! Replacement would arrive in December.

Drove home in the S3 and have now decided to order an R32 which was done this morning and hoping for January delivery /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/groovy.gif

Might be a silly question but how do I know that my options will be on the car, like

BOSE will have bose on the speaker covers
    Multifunction wheel will have buttons

    light rain pack
    interior light pack
    folding mirrors

    How do I check?

I had a proper typed order confirmation from the dealer but apparently this is different from the actual computer generated order which goes to Audi. When the car was PDi'd the dealership used the computer form (which was wrong) to check the spec was right. They thought it was all fine and it was only after I'd driven the 150 miles to collect that I noticed the problems and had to drive homw in my old car!

Probably be a good move, I bet you could drive it for 18 months and not loose much at all.
