Reading quite a few posts on other forums about Audi washing a new car before handing it over to you and leaving scratches/swirls.

How many of you have asked Audi not to touch the car? Do they pay attention?

they have to use acid to remove the transit polish. They left some behind on my car and I couldn't get it off.

You can ask them to do nothing, and they will generally do this - we did a brand new Q7 at an Audi dealership in January, and the dealership were asked to hand the car over to us with the transport wraps and wax intact. We then took care of the entire preparation ready for handover. If you go down this route all you need to do other than the normnal routine (wash, clay, polish, protect) is add in a strip wash stage during the wash process to remove the transport wax. Products like P21S Total Auto Wash and Megs Safe Degreaser are ideal for this when applied through a foam gun. A bottle of a decent glue and tar remover is also useful if any of the wraps leave residues that are awkward to shift. You may find reading this thread useful...
