    Hi all

Just had an epic rear slider fail on a rear caliper. Have refurbished so all is working properly, but need to replace the discs, however the new discs do not have the ABS sensor rings on them.

I've heard that these can be taken off the old discs by heating them up, and would be very grateful of some advice on how to do this please, I've only done brakes a few times and not on anything with ABS! I don't wanna have to pay through the nose for Audi or a garage to do them though.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Cheers all

I found it a complete pig to do, i bought new rings from Euro Car Parts and they're supposed to press onto the hub, but that didnt work for me. In the end i had to file out the centres until they would fit on, and then glued the rings into place.

Pikey, but its been like that for 20k.
