need HELP!!urgent!!

i changed my inlet manifold flap on my audi a3 diesel dsg 140bhp and a day later my traction light,engine management and another light have come on..can anyone help?

i have done this before and i know it sounds stupid try checking the fuses under the bonnett for some reason it blows a fuse too..
