Need help someone who knows there suspension

Basically I want to buy shocks and then springs and I have found these shocks and am I right in saying they are adjustable so you can make the ride more comfortable instead of the bouncy effect please help getting a bit confused.

Just give Damian@dpm a ring fella, he is very knowledgable & damn good customer service, just bought another item of him today for tomorrow, questions answered in seconds & contacted manufacturer immediately on the spot on any obscure questions I had he didnt have a 100% answer for, for me cant get better than that.

Had a set of FSD's on my old Mk3 Mondeo. They're not manually adjustable, but claim to adjust themselves according to how you drive and\or road conditions.

I have FSD's on both our 8P's & they're very good tbh, coupled with Eibach Pro's.

the only problem with the eibach springs there's only the front springs for the S3
