Need a name or part number for an interior part!

Hi guys, does anyone know what the plastic interior trim either side of the gear lever is called?

Its trim similar to that inside the mk1 TT, its hard to describe, but when your driving you can rest your knee on it, it looks like a little 'brace' of some sort, with one either side of where the gear lever is...

Im looking for a pair in black but dont know what they are called in order to find them!

They're known as ARM within ETKA, but could call them center console arms.

Now I just need to work out how they come off! Anyone know?!

Why not go all out and get them trimmed?
