Need a couple of VAGCOM (VCDS) codes

Hi Guys,

My mate wants the Anti hi-jack and the Windows up and down from the remote function on his MK4 Golf. A friends whos a mechanic said hell do it for him but he needs the codes.

Anyone know what numbers he means and if so what are they?

You need to find out the stock codes and use Basecode to tick or untick the options and it'll give you a new number.

I don't know if this works on a Mk4 Golf. It does on 8Ls and TTs though.

Make sure you keep a note of the original code so you can put it back to stock if things go wrong
