Am I correct in thinking that the N75 connection to the TIP is just a recirc?

As long as the connections to the actuator and turbo are in place the TIP connection could just go to atmosphere?

Its a bleed connection, so yes atmosphere would work, however it would then give you similar issues to that of a vacuum leak or split hose as your leaking metered air.

Yeah.. you think the amount of air that it bleeds off would cause running issues?

It will be a lot easier for me to let it go to atmosphere but I think I'm just being lazy and cheap lol.

Well i cant see it being any different to a split vac hose?

Pretty small splits can mess up your idle and your fuelling quite a bit?

True.. I'll see what hoses are available.. must be something to suit.
