myAudi Service Record

Evening all,

Had my first service done last Tuesday at Maidstone Audi - all fine it seems.

I've just logged into myAudi to check that it's updated the record online but no sign of it, yet. Any idea how long this takes? I've got the print out but it's not online.

It should be updated within 7 days. No worries

Usually takes 10-14 days. Don't worry about it.

Didn't even realise this worked

Maybe not in Australia as they didn't add the replacement shocks and rear mounts to MyAudi for me

Cheers for that, just signed up and the only thing showing in "Your Audi Service record" is the date they did the PDI, no sign of the service I had done in March!!!

I got the face kick when I paid for the first service

lol just called the Audi main dealer that did my service and asked him to check their records, I gave him my reg and the service WAS showing on their system. I then told him that it wasn't showing on the 'My Audi' site and he replied with "What's that, I've never heard of it?"
