Ok so I put a intake on my car and about 30 min later my transmission my a hard loud clunk really bad like I hit something is how bad it was and so I decided to turn around and go home and about 10 min later it did it again and so I got it home took the air intake off put the stock air filter back on and now my car idels and shakes really bad when i start it and I have no break presure at all its like the car is still off please help

not sure how the air intake can effect the trans....
As for your bad idle, depending on what engine you have, i'd make sure the MAF and ICM are plugged in properly.

If you have no " brake pressure" it sounds like you're not getting vacuum servo assistance, worth checking the servo pipe is connected and not damaged. The plastic pipe that runs from the inlet manifold to the bulkhead.
