Hi everyone, thought i'd post a thread for my A3.

1.8 SE, I've came from a 1.6 Fiesta ZS. I've got plans for this but please don't expect big big things! They'll be tame in comparison to some of the cars on here!

    How it came when bought...

When i bought the car, the steering wheel and gearstick were in tatters, and held together with electric tape. I therefore decided to buy an S3 wheel, and reupholstered the gearstick myself away from the leather...

Sent my wheels off to the paint shop, and sat for 15 minutes looking through a colour book to choose my colour. In my head, I did not want black wheels, but I wanted darker than anthracite wheels... Anthracite is overdone IMO (sorry!) Chose Yamaha smokey grey, which looks black in dark lighting, but when the sun hits the wheels they glitter like magic and you can see its almost graphite.

Pictures struggle to really show the colour correctly, I am in love though!

How the car sits at the moment, do not worry I'm tyre shining and sealing the wheels up tomorrow :)

Cheers for reading and I look forward to any comments! and doing the next few steps for the car.

Good choice, think its needed on there with the sarcasm flying around. Sams too quick to give his opinion but acts like a child when confronted. You got any other plans bar coilovers? I sold my old ones i installed at Andys to him as I got some AP's on the cheap :)

I have some other plans but its all being kept hush hush because I know what I'm like. I say I will do something, and I don't do it! I really need to concentrate on cleaning the car up still though, I've fixed the door lock, the window, rear wiper situation, and I have a couple other things that arent major or urgent, but just would look nice once done! :)

Sam was jumping on the bandwagon then the guy who originally started it turned on Sam, which was quite funny!
