Some motor, gorgeous
not much to update really, still haven't got round to sorting the rest of the air install in the boot and fitting the rest of the sensors, probably gona be a job for the winter.

With the other air division members
Looks great Matt!
You for edition again this year?
Looking awesome as ever mate!
Looks great. Have seen that rs4 on Audi rs246.com.
looks awesome Matt, you know I love it!
afraid not ive got to go away working, think a mates taking mine down. You making the trip over again?
thanks, yeah its Jules motor, looks well after only a couple of weeks of ownership
nice to see you got a bit of recognition. is it a daily driver?
Not usually a fan of this style but must say i bloody love this, i do like the white on white but agree the black with white lips looks so much better. Although air ride on an S3 cant do much for the handling side of things
I absolutely love the white trimmed bits in the interior, tastefully done but very effective... I'm tempted to do some similar things to mine, if she ever arrives.
The Bentleys (especially in white), however, and super-low ride height just aren't for me. Each to their own, shows would be pretty boring if we all liked the same thing: I'm just not a fan of air or those wheels.
love this car, nice interior touches
any difference in how does the car handles now compared to OEM S3 setup?
Might I ask where you sourced the S3 Alu footrest from?
love this car my dream car , i just wonderd thou if and when you sell it is the plate staying with it? becuase you cant fit a normal plate on it now can you?
absolutely stunning. it all just works together, the white wheels, the air ride and the interior..
quick question where did you get the pressed plate made up?
Plates: Dubmeister - Number Plates / Alloy Wheels / Chassis Parts
yeah its a daily, dont have to do much driving tho as I live next door to work
thanks for the comments, to be fair the handling on the air is very good.
the car handles very well compared to the oem setup, practicality was the main reason for the air, been able to drive in and not catch and lower for shows
the plate will be removed from the car, I still have the original tailgate so will be able to swap this back
thanks for your comments, the plate is not pressed, its one I had made up from my local vinyl company
You're gonna need it mate, if the rumours are true from my mot guy, informed me shortened plates are going to be an mot failure, maybe wise to check that.
I looked closely at the DVLA regulations. Short plates are ok if you have a minimum of 11mm border around the letters. I just put a new reg and short plates on mine so I was paying attention
This wouldnt surprise me because bike plates are already a strict size regardless of number of digits.
Yes but regs are being reviewed for next year.
Given I obeyed what they sent me with the registration I'm pretty sure it's ok for now.
as has already been stated as long a the plate is with the guidelines ie the 11mm boarder and all the correct stamps etc etc its legal, maybe the law is about to change but for now its 100% legal
Thought it was about time for a mini update
The bentleys were sold mid october, I loved the wheels and I know they worked perfectly but wanted a change.
Then put the CH black editions back on the car, again love these wheels but had them for two long and decided to sell them eventually.
Picked up a set of Audi fat fives from ebay for a bargain price, thanks to Laura at Voodoo for picking them up and bringing them up to Derbyshire. Had them refurbed, black barrels and white faces, maybe a mad choice as there never gona stay clean through the winter but hey. wrapped them in 225/40 18's and loving the comfy ride and handling.
Love that on those fives
1000% better than the horrific Bentleys, fat spokes always suited the 8P the best.
Looking good Matt
Looks crackin mate, much better than the BBS's. Always said it, but your car is my inspiration!
awesome car mate love the detail and may fav details are the rs grill and the seats two mods i really want to do
Much nicer than the Bentleys, but I just think it's too much white - especially when slammed: at road height it's a better effect.
I feel a bit bad for saying this (and I expect to get flamed) but I find it quite vulgar, I could understand if the car was a Corsa or a Saxo but an Audi!
Please do not take this the wrong way as my intention is not to offend with my comment but in my opinion the car is now way OTT, the first few mods looked nice (apart from the white rings) but over time the car has started to look chavvy, I appreciate that it's each to his own and I know my opinion won't count for much but I thought I would just add my (and a few people who I work with) opinion but it's your car so as long as your happy with it then that's all that really matters (i'm probably just getting old lol).
Come on don't sit on the fence, why don't you say what you really think....
I always liked the black/white combo, yes fat fives are drastic improvement over bentleys, but maybe in black after a 2nd/3rd/4th look, does look a tad to much white if I'm honest, but looks far better than the white s3 I saw other day, god damn I was like wtf is that, an ibis white with painted grill & fog surrounds in silver, it looks bloody horrendous, totally ruined the car & certainly looked beyond chavvy.
This is because some people should not be trusted with a crayon, Nige! Let alone one of those silly silver pens
